Areas which are expected to see maximum real estate development in 2014 , Hyderabad India
Hyderabad is a city with excellent infrastructure such as the Green Field Airport of International Standards, 158-km long 8-lane Expressway, Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the Metro Rail which is expected to be functional by 2015. The ORR, which encircles the city with inner radial roads, has made all areas of the city easily accessible in quick time. Low land rates along with the safety of the city from earthquakes make it a very real-estate friendly market. Coupled with all these factors, Hyderabad is expected to witness healthy growth in the realty sector in the year 2014.
Manikonda – has been growing by leaps and bounds due to the IT/ITeS corridor and proximity to the ORR and the Airport.
Kondapur – being right next to Gachibowli, has been the natural choice.
Madhapur – being situated between Jubilee Hills and Kondapur, has also been growing at a very fast pace.
Banjara Hills – has been the first choice for residence in Hyderabad because of its premium properties.
Miyapur – has the entire necessary infrastructure since it is densely populated. With the largest Bus Terminus in Asia coming up, it also has scope for further development.
Currently, supply in the city is more than the demand. However, the pricing of property is currently at its lowest now and good properties are available at low prices, as compared to the other metropolitian cities. Many of the properties delivered in the year 2013 are still unsold. The current political turmoil in Hyderabad has left un-sold inventories in approximately all the locations. Since Gachibowli had the maximum number of project deliveries in the year 2013, the number of unsold inventory is also high here.
